Our Commitment to

This policy details how QDROCounsel securely handles your corporate metadata, routing pathways, and user access parameters.

1. Introduction

Welcome to QDROCounsel. We recognize the importance of data protection and privacy for our global enterprise clients and individual users. This Privacy Policy outlines the specific mechanisms and methodologies we employ to gather, parse, secure, and route personal and professional information across our SaaS VoIP and contact center systems.

This document complies with regulatory guidelines including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and SOC 2 security principles. By accessing our services, you acknowledge the terms of processing as outlined herein.

2. Information Collection

To provide secure cloud telephony transit and call center management systems, we collect the following classification tiers of user information:

  • Account Metadata: Corporate name, registry directories, billing information, primary contact emails, and user authorization credentials.
  • Communications & Voice Traffic: Call signaling parameters, session durations, network route hops, IP coordinates, and packet routing diagnostics.
  • Voluntary Records: Customer service email correspondences, API integration configurations, call-log configurations, and optional customer-initiated audio recordings.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our web applications and cloud interfaces utilize functional tracking technologies to ensure active session persistence, routing efficiency, and security performance monitoring:

We employ secure session tokens to authenticate browser access to administrative portals, identify signal latency, and manage real-time active dashboard updates. We do not use persistent cookies to track web browsing behaviors across unrelated external sites for advertising purposes.

4. Data Usage

Your communication parameters and profile metadata are strictly used to fulfill operational service mandates:

  • Provisioning active SIP trunks, processing WebRTC voice streams, and maintaining high availability failovers.
  • Verifying system integrity, scanning routing routes for network abnormalities, and preventing malicious denial-of-service (DoS) attempts.
  • Generating real-time call center metrics, SLA latency graphs, and customer satisfaction logs requested by system administrators.

5. Data Sharing

QDROCounsel does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists or corporate communications databases to third-party data processors. Information sharing is restricted exclusively to the following operational scenarios:

  • Telephony Gateways: Necessary call traffic coordinates are transmitted to accredited international telecommunications carriers to ensure global termination and signal handoffs.
  • Compliance & Legal mandates: If required to comply with court directives, FCC regulations, or strict state security mandates, we disclose relevant data blocks to legal authorities under secure protocols.

6. User Rights

Under global data protection laws, individuals and organizations utilizing our network maintain the following secure rights:

  • Access & Portability: You may request structured duplicates of call detail records (CDRs) and account details.
  • Correction & Erasure: You retain the right to correct misconfigured profiles or request permanent erasure of non-billing historical records.
  • Object to Processing: You may opt-out of optional call-center analytics tools, voice sentiment diagnostics, or transcription recording functions.

7. Security Measures

QDROCounsel protects communications using an extensive multi-layered security framework:

All signaling traffic uses Transport Layer Security (TLS), while active voice streams are encrypted end-to-end utilizing Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP). Physical hosting nodes operate inside SOC 2 certified, military-grade data centers backed by round-the-clock environmental and network intrusion counter-measures.

8. Third-Party Services

Our cloud system coordinates with third-party software structures (including CRM connectors, single-sign-on (SSO) operators, and analytical tools) via secure API access.

When you voluntarily initiate a third-party application integration, your information becomes subject to the security framework of that specific operator. We advise system administrators to review external partner privacy frameworks prior to deployment.
